At apnibooks.pk, we are committed to providing high-quality study materials for CSS, PMS, and other competitive exams. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and our Return & Refund Policy ensures a smooth process for our customers. Please read the policy carefully.
1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 2 days of delivery. We will arrange a return and send a replacement at no additional cost.
Incorrect Item Received: If you receive the wrong item (e.g., wrong book or study material), notify us within 2 days of delivery. We will arrange the return and send the correct item.
2. Refunds
Refunds are processed under these conditions:
Damaged or Defective Items: If a product is damaged or defective and a replacement cannot be provided, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Incorrect Item Received: If the wrong item is sent and we cannot provide a replacement, a full refund will be issued once the returned item is received.
Refund Process: After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds will be processed within 2–5 business days to your original payment method.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Digital Products: eBooks, online courses, or downloadable content.
Opened or Used Items: Books or materials with visible markings, damage, or signs of use.
4. How to Return an Item

Return Instructions: We will provide the return address and shipping instructions.
Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging to avoid damage during shipping.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
Our Error: If the return is due to our mistake (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
Customer Preference: If you return an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. To get a different item, please place a new order.
